What I Offer

Whether you're an Airbnb host wanting your property to feel like somewhere, or a real estate agent looking to make a listing stop the scroll, I bring a curated eye and a considered approach to every job.

I'm not a staging service. I source and style with intention - drawing on my own collection of unique pieces and sourcing new ones that suit the personality of the space.

  • Full interior styling for hosts who want their property to feel like somewhere. I source and curate pieces that suit the personality of your space - and everything stays. Soft furnishings, props and styling pieces are chosen to be enjoyed by guests, photographed beautifully, and loved long-term. From a focused refresh to a full property transformation, every project is approached with intention and care.

    Packages from $400 + cost of pieces

    The Refresh | Half day | From $400
    Key rooms restyled using your existing pieces plus new sourced additions. Best for a listing lift before new photos.

    The Full Styling | Full day | From $700
    End-to-end styling across the whole property - every room considered, every detail placed. Best for new listings or a full reset.

    Seasonal Refresh | Recurring | From $300
    A quarterly touch-up to keep your listing feeling current and fresh. Best for hosts who want their property to always look its best without lifting a finger.

    All sourced and purchased pieces are invoiced separately at cost price and remain permanently in the property. Styling fees based on $100/hr and scoped per property after an initial consultation.

  • Shoot preparation styling for agents who want their listings to stop the scroll. I dress the property room by room using my own curated prop collection - living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor areas styled and handed over camera-ready. My props come with me when the shoot is done, so there's nothing to manage on settlement day.

    Initial consultation is complimentary and credited toward any package booked.

    Installation & Shoot Prep - Half Day | From $400

    Key rooms styled for photography. Best for apartments or a focused 1–2 room lift.

    Installation & Shoot Prep - Full Day | From $700

    Full property styled room by room. Best for houses or larger properties.

    Moodboard & Sourcing List | $300
    A tailored moodboard and prop plan delivered digitally ahead of the styling day.

    Styling fees based on $100/hr. All props and pieces remain the property of Sun House Studio.

  • In addition to property styling, I can support your team with photography production - whether that's sourcing the right photographer, providing a beautiful shoot location, or being on set to direct.

    Studio hire - Access to Sun House Studio, a versatile light-filled creative space in Burleigh Heads. Available for half or full day bookings. POA.

    Photographer booking - Sourcing and booking a Gold Coast photographer, using my extensive list of contacts, to suit your team's brief and budget. POA.

    Full shoot production - End-to-end: studio hire, photographer sourcing, styling and on-set direction. Everything coordinated in one place. POA.
